His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS son of Her Excellency Molouk ol Saltaneh and His Majesty SOLTAN FEREYDOUN MIRZA QAJAR heir of the King His Imperial Majesty SOLTAN AHMAD SHAH QAJAR. His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS born on First day of January 1969 in Tehran, before the birth, His Mother Her Excellency was subject to assassination attempt in Iran by Pahlavi secret agency known as SAVAK, thereafter His father deceased.
By the command of SOLTAN FEREYDOUN MIRZA QAJAR a Great Will within Iranian law and by authentic monarchic principles complying with the international law and also according to the law of Commonwealth executed on 20 January 1975 in Tehran and proclaimed for the Shah of Iran His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS in Tehran, Iran. The Great Will proclaimed His formal, legal and royal commands both within Iran and outside of Iran. His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS holds absolute authority to appoint and to dismiss whomever He wishes so, and to issue or cancel any agreement. His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS holds legal and official authority over the agreements in political, economic, national, patriotic, religious matters, and oil treaties, and agreements with the United Nations both domestic and foreign.
The Great Will by a formal and legal notification decreed no Government or Nation neither publicly nor personally or individually has the right to retain or conceal the Great Will.
In 1984 due to severe political events in Iran and for the safety of many people His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS was taken out of Iran through Khoy (Azerbaijan Mountain) to European side in Turkey with promise that within two years His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS returns to Iran. Though, due to further mass killing and severe political events, His return delayed.
In 1988, His Imperial Majesty QEUMARS on his way to Iran was captured, taken to Bulgaria to prevent him to return to Iran, shot, severely injured and on 27 December 1989 by violence and by force and against His Will was brought to Australia. |
