PUBLIC NOTICE In 1975 in the presence of The Emperor His Imperial Majesty SOLTAN QEUMARS SHAH QAJAR اعلیحضرت  سلطان  کیومرث  شاه  قاجار in Tehran, the Coronation within Iranian law and by authentic monarchic principles proclaimed on 20 January 1975 in Tehran, Iran. The Imperial Title SOLTAN, SHAH means King of Kings, The Emperor. The Emperor’s Coronation decreed and enacted by the Will and Grace of God in Tehran, represents His formal, legal and royal commands both within Iran and outside of Iran. The Emperor holds absolute authority to appoint and to dismiss whomever He wishes so, and to issue or cancel any agreement. The Emperor holds legal and official authority over the agreements in political, economic, national, patriotic, religious matters, and oil treaties, and agreements with the United Nations, both domestic and foreign. Hereto, take notice, no government or nation or organization or media or legal practitioner have any power or any jurisdiction whatsoever neither legally nor publicly or personally or individually to obstruct or to make opinion of any kind or to defame against The Emperor His Imperial Majesty SOLTAN QEUMARS SHAH QAJAR Shahanshah of Iran Head of the Imperial or against the absolute authority of The Emperor that constituted and proclaimed in Iran. Hereto give notice to the States Parties of the United Nations, having duties for observance of the present Covenant within recognition of the inherent dignity and inalienable rights and without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, and without prejudice to the Members of Communities; the Members of Synagogues; the Members of Churches; the Members of Mosques; the Members of Temples; and the Spiritual Leaders, thus hereby give this Public Notice: To each and every Organizations, Authorities and Government of: Commonwealth of Australia and Her States, Commonwealth Countries, United Kingdom, Middle East, Asian Countries, Asia Pacific, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Eastern Europe, European Countries, South Africa, African Countries, United States of America, South American Countries, and to the Statute of the International Court of Justice; and To each Person, Businesses and Companies, Community groups, Media groups, Broadcasting corporations, Journalists, Newspapers, News and Current affairs, Diplomats, Consuls, Ambassadors, Ministers and Senators, Presidents and Prime Ministers, Politicians, Officials, Officers, Justices, Courts, Tribunals, and to every signatory members of the United Nations, Members of the United Nations specialized agencies, the Commission, and the Secretary-General of the United Nations, that This Public Notice gives effective performance to the United Nations International Covenant and to all the abovementioned Countries, Nations and their reputations, Authorities and Organizations, herein: If you are by way of any acts or omissions with the intention of advancing a political or religious or ideological cause and either directly or indirectly by employing delicate tricks or taking measures or revolts or actions against His Imperial Majesty SOLTAN QEUMARS SHAH QAJAR by Grace of God The Emperor of Persia Shahanshah of Iran Head of the Imperial, or threatening to do any injury, conspiracy, dishonesty, propaganda, or by way of any acts or omissions to cause any detriment of any kind with intent to hinder or to prevent or to obstruct or to defeat or to terrorize, therefore committing a crime (no matter where the action occurs, the threat is made or the action, if carried out, would occur), or to act with the intention to ignore or to breach this Public Notice, therefore you have acted in a manner of terrorist organization (that is directly or indirectly engaged in, preparing, planning, assisting in or fostering the doing of a terrorist act (whether or not the terrorist act occurs)), thereby conducting yourself in the acts and omissions of immoral behaviour. Constitutional Notice: Every words that submitted in this Public Notice is endowed within potency into every Legal, Judicature, Judicial, Legislations, Organizations, International Law; and the Constitution within the State and Federal and Commonwealth authorities, within the United Nations International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the States Parties to the present Covenant within universal respect and observance for justice and peace in the world; and within every authorities and Organizations around the World. This Public Notice cannot be altered or prejudiced by any of the above affirmed persons or by any of the fundamental organizations, or by any of the above affirmed Countries or States, or by United Nations, thereby, deprivation of this Public Notice constitutes the crime; and nothing in the United Nations International Covenant and its articles shall authorize any State Party to the Covenant to derogate in any way from any obligation assumed under the provisions of the Convention on the Prevention of broadcasting this Public Notice throughout the world.
